This small-group course helps professionals communicate more clearly and confidently in difficult workplace situations. You will learn how to speak up under pressure, set boundaries without guilt or aggression, manage emotional conversations more effectively, and stay calm and steady during conflict or pushback. Through live coaching, guided practice, role plays, and real-world workplace scenarios, participants develop practical communication habits that improve clarity, confidence, listening, emotional control, and professional presence.
