Cathy Peng,CEO at ROCS Global, has been an Executive with Fortune 100 firms and start-ups. She is the co-founder of MyT.coach platform. She also founded a global non-profit organization, “Cathy Fun Fitness,” that has impacted over 500,000 lives to date with improved health, happiness and fitness via Zoom everyday for over 1200 days. Over the course of her career, Cathy has been featured at world-class training events and seminars at leading academic institutions, such as University of Chicago, Stanford University, Harvard University, Northwestern University, Tsinghua University, and Beijing University. Her business experience has been over 50 countries. countries. Cathy’s career credentials include an MBA from the University of Chicago, UCLA FITWELL coach, as well as recognition in global awards, such as being awarded one of the “Top 10 Women CEOs of 2022” “The Global Woman of the year in M2M Award” in 2014, and the “Business Leader of Color Award” in 2013.
Erica Wang has been working in the legal field for over 25 years. She is familiar with legal affairs in the fields of corporate management, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, ethics compliance and dispute resolution in both China and the US. She is currently the General Counsel of TandemAI, a company that provides drug development services and operates in China and the US. Erica is based in the Boston area and is responsible for TandemAI’s legal, compliance and intellectual property work. Previously, she served as General Counsel of Eli Lilly China, General Counsel of 3M Greater China Area and Assistant General Counsel of 3M Global Legal Affairs, and General Counsel of Innovent Biologics. Early in her career, Erica also worked as a lawyer at Simmons & Simmons and Baker McKenzie.
Erica graduated from Fudan University Law School and the University of Chicago Law School. She also participated in Harvard Law School’s visiting scholar program (2019-2020). She is a registered lawyer in the New York State, as well as holds a Chinese lawyer’s qualification.
Catherine Liyun Zhang is a partner and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. She is also the firm’s Corporate and Business Department chair. She focuses on business and corporate law, estate planning, and employment law.
Attorney Zhang represents corporations on complex matters, including company formation, governance, venture-capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. She represents a wide variety of clients ranging from entrepreneurs and startups, to medium and large companies, including life sciences (biotech, biopharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare services), medical practices, non-profit organizations, software, business and financial services, legal services, consulting, venture capitals, restaurants, and real estate developers. Attorney Zhang also represents C-level and executives in employment matters, advising them on employment contracts and equity compensation.
Dr. Jiawen Han(M.D.) is a Vice President of Business Development. He has over 25 years of experience in drug devlelopment and business operations. He served as a VP at Qilu Boston and Wuxi Apptec Pharmaceutical Inc. He receive his M.D. from Peking University and his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester School of Medicine.
