Marlene Ye is a seasoned senior HR executive and General Manager with over 25 years of experience in leading multinational companies across the APAC and China regions. As a Certified NLP coach and executive coach, Marlene brings a wealth of expertise in coaching individuals and teams to achieve their goals and enhance overall well-being. She has a proven track record of driving business growth and promoting coaching culture in the organizations she has served.

Professional Experience

Marlene began her career as the Organizational Development (OD) Head at AT&T and later held senior leadership positions at Andrew Telecom, GE Silicones, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Givaudan spanning from HR VP to General Manager & Chairwoman. Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards, including HR Manager of the Year by China Staff and General Manager of the Year. Marlene’s coaching journey started in 2004 when she became certified as an NLP coach, hypnotherapist, and NLP Master Practitioner. Over the years, she has expanded her coaching skills to include executive coaching, team coaching, private board advisory coaching, and more.
