This course breaks it down for you so YOU become that person others call on. Learn how to connect with others effortlessly, develop verbal agility, emotional expressiveness and find your speaking charisma.
From the time when he served as Lecturer in China in the 1980s, Dr. Rios has been researching the challenges that Chinese face as communicators in a second language. This course is the result of decades of teaching, training and coaching Chinese around the world. His unique experiential approach to learning integrates live performance techniques with case study research in ways that foster courage and build confidence, the core building blocks needed to become an Influential Communicator.
COURSE STRUCTURE: This course occurs over 8 different days. The days are split into 4 separate topics:
- Session 1: Learn new content and techniques
- Session 2: Practice, feedback and practice to get it down right.

- “Inspire and Command: Owning the Room with Presence, Style and Charisma” (2/26 & 3/2 @ 4-5pm PST)
