Product You
Feb 15 @ 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm PST
Product You. Communicate your value. Boldly show it.
Be it.
Communication is the face, voice, and behavior of your behind-the-scenes hard work. Transform
your silent contributions into a visible, vocal and confident presence that stands firmly in your
expertise.
Product You is next level. It focuses on two things. One, alignment. When thought, word, body
and voice flow as one, a message lands clearly. Two, confidence. Detailed ideas, a light voice and
overly humble presence are indicators. These characteristics distract and suggest a lack of
confidence. Concise, eyes trained, back straight, non-hesitant speech, meanwhile, win ear space.
Product you tackles perception. How you speak, behave and connect with others creates a rapid
impression. We have little time to shape impressions. Others’ listening span is brief. Product You
transforms your workplace presence building your confidence through multi-exercise practice.
Product You trains. Class is your gym. We will work familiar and new muscle groups. Imagine. Your
core, firmly concise, in sync with your face, limbs and voice; your intention calibrated to the task.
You will stretch, lift and press deliberately toward these goals:
• Spoken Value: Learn to not just have value, but to eKectively communicate it.
• Visibility Value: Transform silent contributions into a visible, vocal, and confident
presence.
• Expressive Value: Master adapting expressivity to workplace situations and people
ensuring the right message is conveyed in the right way across audiences.
Why Product You?
You are your own product. Think of yourself like a classy dress shirt—what’s your color, fabric,
and unique design? Just as a brand markets its product, you need to market yourself. Unpack your
special qualities. Not through hard selling, but authentic connection across Western audiences.
Product You brings you out from the back of the rack, making you visible, valued, and recognized
for your unique contributions and articulate explanations.
Like any product, Product You is about building, testing, refining, and ultimately launching
yourself into the world in the most powerful, confident, and authentic way. Just as product
development involves feedback and iteration, your journey will do the same.
Product You is the voice of your technical expertise. It’s not enough to be the expert who works
behind a closed door, head down and focused solely on the task at hand. Rather than speaking
details focused on imparting information, practice communicating relevant ideas targeted at a
specific audience.
Product You is about being vocal when needed and seizing opportunities to contribute, even
when your ideas aren’t perfectly formulated. It’s about being ready to engage and speak
intelligently, with impact, at any moment. Ultimately, it’s about being recognized as an articulate,
confident expert—someone who avoids overwhelming others with details and is instead sought
after for solutions and their concise and pertinent insights.
What you will Learn:
1. Negotiation:
Be rooted in your value. Learn how to negotiate grounded in your value, expressing yourself
clearly. Listen to hear. Speak to bend, not break—converse ensuring you get what you seek,
whether negotiating conflict, feedback, on a job interview, salary or demands on your time.
Seek to understand, manage emotions, yours and theirs, and be fully understood.
2. Storytelling:
Show the value of your work by translating technical details into easily digestible
presentations. Whether you’re preparing a report or speaking spontaneously, enhance your
delivery with metaphors, analogies, and stories that capture the attention and buy-in of any
audience.
3. Personal Branding:
Be known for your value. Learn how to self-promote your achievements with dignity and
grace, ensuring your value is recognized and respected. Build your executive presence
from within. Learn to leverage small talk to build connections and a coterie of champions
who will support your career growth and open doors to new opportunities.

challenges as they arise. Acts of Bravery are shared voluntarily on our group Chat,

thoughts before responding.

You in Six Months:
1. Perception Manager: You have shifted from an individual contributor mindset and taken on
the Product You mentality. You take charge of your career and define your journey—not the
organization. You know that how you show up is on you. Whether speaking one-on-one, in
public, to management, or across functions, how you communicate directly impacts how
others perceive your value. You know career growth and promotion start here.
2. Empowered and Confident: You understand that confidence starts from within. You
recognize your value and know what you bring to the table is worth sharing. Every time you
speak, you convey expertise while also promoting yourself. Actively seeking recognition
through networking and meetings boosts your confidence, and people take notice. You are
both a technical expert and someone who speaks to others’ needs in language they can
easily understand. After months of work, you stand tall, Product Ready, eager to engage.
3. Product You—you owe it to yourself.
