Please read this MyT Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully.

MyT.coach provides the means for members to discover and engage approved coaches who have applied and been accepted by the MyT.coach teams after a review of their suitability to deliver services within the platform. Accepted coaches will maintain their profiles, calendars and related date to participate self-sufficiently as independent providers of the coaching through MyT.coach. Coaches may participate to whichever levels they prefer and charge the rates they see fit to offer for their coaching, if those conform to requirements within the coaching agreement accessed by the link further down on this page.

Coaches may have other business and services they provide on their own, and through other firms, though they may not use MyT.coach for soliciting services meant to be delivered through MyT.coach to be delivered outside of MyT.coach. For solicitation of services elsewhere, as well as for sharing of information about MyT or between parties within MyT, our coaches are expected to follow the principle:

By accessing, downloading and/or using all or any part of the MyT Services, you (“You” and, where applicable, “Your”) indicate Your acceptance of the following terms from MyT, Inc. (“MyT”). You agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree that it is enforceable as if it were a written, negotiated agreement signed by You. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not access, download and/or use the MyT Services. If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you hereby represent that You have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the term “You” shall be construed to refer to such entity. In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, You and MyT agree as follows:

MyT Offerings. MyT offers leadership, development and performance coaching which includes the right to access and use MyT’s mobile applications and online platform (the “MyT Platform”), and the right to allow users for whom a subscription is purchased (each, a “User” and collectively, “Users”) to download and use MyT’s mobile applications for specified periods (each, a “Subscription Period”), and standard MyT support (collectively, the “MyT Services”). MyT will provide the MyT Services pursuant to orders will submitted through an order form (once accepted by MyT, each, an “Order”). Each Order will include a description of the MyT Services, the schedule for the delivery of the MyT Services, the applicable Subscription Period, and the associated fees and payment terms for the MyT Services. Each Order must be accepted by MyT to become valid. Each Order will be deemed incorporated into this Agreement by reference and made an integral part of this Agreement. To the extent that a conflict arises between the terms and conditions of an Order and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will govern.
